To add multiple email accounts, go to Home > Add Email Account in the dashboard. You can add unlimited IMAP/SMTP accounts from providers like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or your own business domain. Follow the wizard to enter your credentials and server details if needed.
You can create custom HTML signatures for each of your email accounts. Navigate to Manage Aliases, click "Manage Signatures", and use the rich text editor to design your signature. You can set different signatures for new emails and replies.
Inbox includes built-in spam detection. You can also manually mark emails as spam, which moves them to the Spam folder and helps train our filters. To whitelist a sender, mark their email as "Not Spam" in the Spam folder.
Currently, we suggest adding contacts manually via the address book. A bulk CSV import feature is on our roadmap and will be released in an upcoming update.
You can forward emails directly from the reading pane. Click the "More Options" menu (three dots) on any email and select "Forward". You can choose to forward inline or as an attachment.
If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset it. For security, please choose a strong, unique password.
